Only comes around once in a great while. Tonight, I'd tried to satisfy that craving in a bit of a healthy way. And it WORKED! Instead of giving in and baking some cookies or brownies I went to the fridge. I mixed some greek yogurt with fresh fruit and just a sprinkle(like 10) chocolate chips. Perfection. And the greek yogurt is so filling, my belly now feels content and I'm ready for bed. Gnight!
